This policy covers production times, shipping, delivery, returns, and warranty for orders placed through Custom Cover Company (customcover.net.au), a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.
All covers are custom made to your measurements. This means your order is manufactured specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
We ship Australia-wide, including all states, territories, regional areas, and rural locations.
Effective date: 1 January 2025
Because every cover is made to order, your order goes into our production queue once your measurements have been confirmed. Please allow for the following lead times before your order is dispatched.
Approximately 4 weeks from the date your measurements are confirmed.
Approximately 3 weeks from measurement confirmation. A surcharge of $29 applies.
Approximately 10 to 14 business days from measurement confirmation. A surcharge of $239 applies.
We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including:
We deliver to major cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, and Hobart, as well as all regional and rural areas across Australia.
All orders are shipped via tracked courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Once dispatched, typical transit time is 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro areas are generally at the faster end of this range, while regional and rural areas may take longer.
For some locations, a signature may be required on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery.
Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you as the customer from the moment the parcel is collected by the courier. Once your order has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. If your parcel is delayed in transit, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist where we can.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time. Please check the website or any current promotional emails for details.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Every cover is custom made to the measurements you provide, which means it cannot be restocked or resold to another customer.
This is standard practice for made-to-order products and is consistent with Australian Consumer Law, which does not require businesses to accept returns for change of mind on custom-manufactured goods.
Please review your measurements carefully before submitting your order. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, contact us before you order.
If your cover arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or does not match the measurements you submitted, we will make it right.

If your claim is approved, we will either remake your cover or provide a full refund, at our discretion. We will discuss the most suitable outcome with you.
Our covers carry a warranty against premature fading and loss of waterproofing under normal outdoor use conditions.
The warranty period covers a reasonable lifespan under normal use conditions. If you believe your cover has failed prematurely, please contact us with photos and your order details so we can assess the situation.
If you submit incorrect measurements and your cover does not fit, we are unable to offer a free remake. The cover was manufactured exactly to the specifications you provided.
Before production begins, we confirm your measurements with you. If there is any uncertainty about your measurements at that point, please contact us and we will help you check them before we start cutting fabric.
We strongly recommend measuring twice and double-checking your figures before submitting your order. If you need guidance on how to measure your furniture, refer to our measurement guide or contact us directly.

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the claim. If the damage is confirmed as transit-related, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
